This advertised lift of delinquent
taxes lor the year 1V1U is in pur
suance of an act of the State Lcgis
lature. which is embodied in Chap
ter 275 of the GENERAL LAWS
OF THE 1911 SESSION.
The taxes on the following ad'
vertised real property became dclin
auent on the Fourth day of April,
1911, and are subject to a penalty
of 10 per cent and interest at the
rate of 12 per cent per annum until
they shall have been paid.
Any day after the expiration of
six months after the taxes charged
against the following real property
are delinquent, the Sheriff is author
ized to issue, to any one applying
therefor, a certihcate ot delinquency
upon payment ot the taxes, penalty,
interest and cost of advertising.
Certificates of delinquency shall
bear interest from the date ot is
suance until redeemed at a rate not
exceeding 15 per cent per annum,
