lower floor will he occupied by the
council room, fire department and roomy
quarters for Ihe commercial club, with a

be used as a hall, and in thia re-pftct
St. Helen will no longer be out lawed
by every place on the river where there
is post office. The building will lie 44 x
00, and there will lie a twelve loot stage
at the tnd ol the ball, with dressing
room at each end of It. This will leave
ample apace fur the dance lloor, which
