on making a hard fight against tho ex
ceasivt freight ratea which the railroads

that they will win, aathero will be very
few mills running In this section if they
do not. The Increase on lumber will
amount to about $50 per carload and on
shingles $38 per carload from this
State to St, Paul, Denver, Chicago and
other Eastern market.
