District Attwney Carter, of Califor

Salmon Poisoning.
The first case of what is known as
"salmon poisoning" was brought to
the atlentien of the medical men ol
Astoria Tuesday afternoon. George
Karnol was the victim, snd it is prou-

An arrangement ha been arrived at
among the representatives of the var

Exposition. On and after May l,
round-trip ticket to Chicago will be
sold for (98 50, a reduction of 111 CO
from the present rates. Round-trip
ticket to Omaha, Kansas City and St.

The tickets will be good for the nine
months, and will carry the usual lay

A Twister in Oklahoma,
