The Judges will be th ree well know n citizens of St. H elens having no connection w ith the Mist and will he selected for th e ir fitness for such a task The aw ard of prizes as de term ined by these Judges will he final anil each co ntestant agrees to abide by th eir decision. 11. In arriv in g at tills decision the judges will allow on? point for each correct word.
