used for the unlawful transportation
of intoxicating liquor, to-wit: rum

of December, 1921, an order and de­

was duly made and entered by the
District Court of the United S t a t e
for the District of Oregon; that if
no person claiming right, title or
interest in and to said automobile
shall appear at Portland, Oregon,
