property of the County of Columbia, Oregon, a* appears hy the assessment

mills upon the dollar of all the assessable property of the county.
It Is therefore ordered hy the court that a tax levy of 15 9 mills on

he county, for county purposes, as above aet forth.
It in the further order of the court that a tax levy of 8 mills on the
dollar on all taxable property within the county of Columbia, Oregon, he

dollar on all the taxable property within the county of Columbia. Oregon,
oe and the same Is hereby levied for the purpose of M irket Road Construe-
tion, as provided for under Section 4680 to 4684 inclusive, Olson’s Oregon
Laws.
