years, slaughtered under the super
vision of the State Live Stock Sani
tary Board, under Chapter 14, Gen-

to the Court from the certificate and
affidavits on file relating thereto,
that said animal was slaughtered on
the 27th day of March, 1919, at
Houlton, Oregon, under the super
vision of C. M. Gardner, and that
claimant has complied with all the
provisions of said Chapter 14, Ge
eral Laws of 1913, and all laws re
lating thereto;
It is therefore ordered' by the
Court that said claim be and tho
H'.me is hereby allowed; and that the
Clerk be, and he Is hereby authorized
and Instructed to issue a General
Fund warrant In the amount of
$12.50 in favor of G. W. Perry, this
emount Demg one-half of the sum so
allowed as indemnity.
