motor vehicle shall throw a sufficient
light ahead upon the roadway to re

flected beam of light when measured
at a point 60 feet ahead of the motor
vehicle on a level street surface shall
rise more than 42 inches above such
surface. Such lights shall also give

motor vehicle at a point 10 feet or
more ahead of It.
Motorcycles and all other vehicles
