On this day it appearing to the Court that on January 5th, 1917, certain claims for road work in the amount of $519.67 which should have been paid from the Old Special Road Dist. No. 6 Fund were paid from the General Road Fund and a further claim in the amount of $87.50 which should have been paid from the Old Suecial Road Dist. Fund No. 6 was paid from the General County Fund, it is ordered by the Court that the Treasurer be and ho hereby is instructed to transfer the amount of $519.67 from the Old Spe cial Road Dist. Fund No. 6 to the General Road Fund and further that he transfer the amount of $87.50 from the Old Special Road Dist. Fund No. 6 to the General County Fund. On this day there is presented to the Court a deed duly executed by 9homas L. Carter and Mary Carter, his wife, to Columbia County, con veying land in Sec. 35, 9wp. 7 N. R. 5 W. of the W.
