Mr. West announced the results of tho meeting of the Oregon Jersey Cuttlo Club In its appointment of himself us a deleguto to attend the annual meeting of the American Jer sey Cuttlo Club and Its demand that tho Pacific Northwest bo represented by a membership in the Hoard of Di rectors. On motion of Mr. Ladd the presi dent was authorized to appoint a committee to Investigate In regard to tho holding of a public sale and report to tho club.
