ARTICLE V. Dues. Sec. 1. Tho duos of the associa tion shall be twenty-flvo cents per (! mm tn, payable on-or before Jan uary 1st of each year for tho en suing year or part ttiereof, for each member, and the sanis shall bo used only for tho purpose of dofraylng the expenses of carrying on the work of tho association under the direction of the Hoard of Directors. Sec. 2. A failure to pay tho dues of the association for the period of thirty (30) days after the aamo be come due and payablo, shall thereby terminate membership tn the asso ciation until such time as all dues shall bo fully paid. ARTICLE VI. Meetings and Order of lliiHlnee, Rec. 1. The Hoard of Directors shall have gonoral control and man agement over the affairs of tho asso ciation. Eight members shall con stitute a quorum for the transaction of any business. Sec. 2. The Hoard of Directors shall be elected by tho Association. The Prasldent, Vice-president and Socrotary shall be ex-offlclo officers of the Hoard of Directors. Sec. 8. The Hoard of Directors shall authorize the payment or all obligations incur rod by the associa tion and trancact any and all other business of the association. Sec. 4. Tho Hoard of Directors Is authorized to elect mombors from the assoclatl n to fill vacancies upon the board. ARTICLE VIII. Officers. Boo. 1.
