erty Bitualed in Columbia County,
State of Oregon, is horoby advertis
ed for delinquent taxes assessed for
tho year 1913. This advertisement
Is authorized by an act embodied in
chapter 301 of the General Laws of
Oregon, as passed by tlio 1913 Ses
sion of the Legislaiiva Assembly.
The taxes on the following adver
tised list of real property became de
linquent September 1st, 1914, and
are subject to a penalty of 10 per
cent and interest at tue rat 6 of 12
per cent per annum until said taxes
Bhall have been paid.
Notice is hereby given that six
months after the tax?s charged
against the followins real property
first became delinquent the Sheriff
as required by law will issue Certi
ficates of Delinquency against the
said praperty for deKnqueut taxes,
The said Certificates of Delinquency
will bear Interest at the rate of 15
per cent per annum until the Certi
fies t is are redeemed.
Any timo after the expiration of
three years from tho first date of
delinquency of any tax included in
a Certificate of Delinquency the
holder of such Certificate may cause
summons to be served on the owner
of the property described in the Cer
tificate, notifying the owner that he
will apply to the Circuit Court of the
county in which such property is
situated for a decree foreclosing the
lien against the proporty mentioned
In such Certificate.
