wise, having beeu given; nnd all and
singular tho provisions and necess
ary stops required by tho said Char
tor and by Ordlnanco, having been
performed and done;
AND WHEREAS, under the Char
tor of said City and Bald Ordlnauco
No. 151, It Is required and directed
that tho cost of such Improvement
shall fall upon tho real property In
said Sewer District, nbovo described,
and bo equitably apportioned among
all tho real estato owners lu said
Sowor District, estniated upon tho
last preceding assessment of real
estate only, nnd not upon tho Im
provements thereon; and said appor
tionment nnd assessment having
been duly mado and reported to the
Recorder of said City;
