issessment of the costs of said Im
provement; and the notice to proper
ty owners, and all notices required
by the Charter of said City, or other
wise, having been given; and all and

iry steps required by the said Char
ter and by Ordinance, having been
?orformod and done;
AND WHEREAS, under the Char
ter ot said City and said Ordlnsnce
No. 151, it Is required and directed
hat the cost of such Improvement
mail fall upon the real property in
laid Sewer District, above described,
ind be equitably apportioned among
ill the real estate owners In said
?ewer District, estmated upon the
last preceding assessment of real
estate only, and not upon the Im
provements thereon; and said appor
tionment and assessment having
been duly, made and reported to the
Recorder of said City;
NOW THEREFORE, In accord
ance with the provlsons ot said Char
City ot St. Helens does ordain as
follows:
