O. T. Foster and Geo. Wilson made
a business trip to Portland Monday.
Forest fires have been raging a-
round Trenholm, but have kept a
respectful distance from the village
so far. The worst Are has been
near Masten's, about one-half mile
from the Ulman place, but the fire
wardens with a ere of men worked
day and night until the fire was un
der control.
Jack Lamberson and O. T. Foster
and son, Lee, were fortunate enough
to kill two deer on the outskirts of
Trenholm Sunday morning.
Vincent McAboy visited his claim
on Bunker Hill Saturday, returning
Monday.
Edgar Mclntlre met with a seri
ous accident Sunday, when he fell
off the barn, striking on his heels
In such a forceful manner as to
Injure his ankle, necessitating a few
days of enforced Idleness.

much pleased with the selection.
