County Court Proceedings Tuesday, March 24. 1914, 4th Judi cial Pay. Court came purauant to adjournment. Officers all present, except Commis sinoer Fluhrer. Due proclamation being made, the following proceedings were had: Matter of Improvement Dutch Can yon, or South Scappooae Creek road: On thia day this matter coming on for consideration upon the plans and specifications for the improvement of road above mentioned, as prepared by the county road master, and the court being advised in the matter, it Is or dered t y the court that said plana and specifications be, and the same are here by approved. It is further ordered by the court that the clerk be, and he is hereby instructed to advertise for seal ed bids for the proposed improvement by publication in the St. Helens Mist and the Rainier Review, for two weeks, describing therein the proposed improvement, said bids to be received ur til 2:00 o'clock p m on Monday, April 13, 1914. Matter of construction of bridge across Scappoose creek at Dangerfield crossing on Portland St. Helens road: On this day it is ordered by the court Report of the Condition of THE FARMERS STATE BANK No. 73.
