the petition oi J. N. Kice for tax
rebate on account of alleged ex
cessive timler cruise on a certain
fifty-acre tract of land situated in
Sec. 10, 7-4, known as the Nellie
McGillivary place, and the court
being advised in the matter, it is
ordered bv the court that the clerk
be, and he is heredy authorized and
instructed to issue a General Fund
warrant in the sum of $ 3:2.40 in fa
vor of J. N. Kice.
!n the matter of Fire Fatrol As
sessments: On this day the State Forrester
presents to the court a list of the
timber lands patrolled during fire
season by said State Forrester, the
owners of which have not paid their
assessments, and the court being
advised in the matter, it is ordered
by the court that said list be deliv
ered to the County Assessor, and
that said Assessor be, and he is
hereby instructed to extend the
same on the county assessment roll
as a tax against said parcels of
land at the rate of three and one
half cents per acre.
