RULES THAT GOVERN CONTEST
Any lady, (married or single) between the a.e of i.j
and .p years, residing in Columbia County is eligi
ble t' compete.
The Contest inaua-er reserves the right to reject
any nomination for candidacy without the assign
ment of reason for doing so.
Candidates are not confined to work in the districts
in which they reside. Subscriptions may be taken
anywhere. Standing of candidates will be shown
each week. The Contest manager will not be re
sponsible lor errors in publishing of votes except t
make correction in following issue.
In case of two candidates in same distric t tieiug,
each one doing so wil'. be awarded a tiip.
Should two or more people nominate the candi
date polling the highest number of votes the special
prize will be awarded to the one received at this
office Erst- The candidates in each district polling
the highest number of votes will be awarded the
Free Prize Trips.
