Connty Court of Columbia County, ore.

incorporation of the boundaries herein
after named and the residents thereof, as

Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, more than lorty
qualified electors, residing within the
territory and boundaries hereinalter
named and having resided therein for a
period of more than 30 days preceding
the date of this petition, respectfully pe
tition and represent as follows:
That we are qualified electors residing
within the boundaries and territory
hereinafter described and have resided
thereto for a period of more than 30
days; that we desire to incorporate
nuder Title XXVI. of Chapter I of
Lord's Oregon Laws ; that there are not
lets than 150 inhabitants within the ter
ritory and boundaries hereiuafttr de
scribed and that said territory snd
boundaries are not already incorporated.
That the territory is embraced in and
the proposed boundaries are described
aa follows:
Beginning at a point on the section
line between sections 12 and 13. town
ship 6, North, range 2 V 30 feet east of
the corner common to sections 11, 12, 13
and 14, in Columbia County, Oregon,
running thence S. 0 34 W. tStitt 9 feet,

feet, thence N. 26 15' W 238 feet,

Goble, under the provisions of the laws
of the state of Oregon.
