Due proclamation being made the
following proceedings were had:
Matter of petition of 0. L.
terson et ai for a county road.
On this day this matter coming
on to be heard upon the second
reading of the report of county
road viewers, which said report was
publicly read on two different days
of this term of court, report being
unfavorable thereto, and the peti
tion of Franz LoMrand for dam
ages in the sum of $225.00, being
filed herein, and the court being
advised in the premises, it is order
ed by the court that said report of
said board of county road viewers
be adopted, and the petition for
said road be, and the same is here
by denied.
Matter of petition of J. w,
Thurston e al for a county road:
On thi3 day this matter coming
on to be heard u"on the second
reading of the report of the board
of county rnad viewers, which said
report was publicly read on two
different days of this term of court, 113, is 18,007,830.00;
and from thenceforth said read
shall be a public highway
It is further ordered by the
court that the petition of Dean F.
Stehman for damages in the sum of
$o0i).00 be, and the same is hereby
denied.
It is further ordered by the
court that the road supervisor in
whose district said road is located,
shall open the same for public travel
Matter f petition of Rainier
Land Company for rebate of taxes:
On this day this matter coming
on for hearing and it npienring to
the court that an over-collection
was made on the last half of the
tax of said company for the year
1912, it is ordered by the court
that the clerk be, and he is hereby
authorized and instructed to issue a
general fund warrant in the sum of
?9.01 in favor of said Rainier Land
Company.
Matter of special school tax, es
timated by the county school sa
perintendent:
It appearing to the court from
the estimates submitted by the
county school superintendent that
it will be necessary to levy special
taxes on certain districts in accord
ance with Sections 21S and 219,
School Laws of Oregon, it is there
fore ordered bv the court that a
special tax is hereby levied upon
the property of the following dis
tricts at the rate set opposite each
district, being as follows:
District No. 11. 5 mills.
District Xo. 34, 6 mills.
District No. 37, 4 mills.
District No. 44, 2 mills
District No. 49, 7 mills.
Matter of transfer of funds:
On this day it is ordered by the
court that the treasurer be, and he
is hereby instructed to make trans
fer of funds as follows:
The sum of $34.21 from the
general road fund to R D. No. 10,
special.
The sum of $315.75 from the
general road fund to R. D. No.
15, special.
The sum of $518.52 from the
general road fund to R. D. No. 17,
special.

able property within the county.
