The mission of CM2 - Children’s Museum is to inspire imagination, creativity,
and the wonder of learning in children and adults by inviting moments of
shared discovery. We strive to strengthen the relationships between children,
the adults who care for them, and the world around them.
Downtown Events Management, Inc. Is a non-profit organization that
produces events in downtown Eugene, including the Eugene Celebration,
First Night Eugene, and Earth Day. Our mission statement Is, “To
encourage community building by promoting the Eugene Celebration and
other quality, fun events in downtown Eugene."
Member supported state broadcast trade association members include
commercial & non-commercial radio, television stations.
Peace Corps places qualified applicants in international volunteer
positions for a duration of 27 months. Airfare, medical coverage, living
allowance and training are provided.

The Oregon Secretary of State Audits Division is responsible for evaluting

Portland Fire and Rescue has been serving the citizens of Portland since

Interns participate on financial audits of state agencies. Duties include the
following: review prior-year documents, interview staff, review applicable laws and
procedures, participate in the development and audit finding, etc.

Internal Revenue Agent: Examine and audit individual, business and corporate
tax returns to determine correct federal tax liabilities and/or conduct examinations
relating to compliance with technical requirements imposed by the Internal Revenue
Code. Internal Revenue Officer: Develop basic skills in resolving examination
and collection issues of the Small Business/Seif-Employed customers. Provide
customer assistance and resolve compliance issues such as filing and payment
delinquencies and accuracy of filing by conducting examinations and taking
enforcement actions; working tax accounts, and providing instructions and analysis
of basic issues presented by taxpayers, practitioners, and IRS employees. Tax
Specialist: Develop basic skills in resolving examination and collection issues of
the Wage and Investment or Small Business/Self Employed customers.
Police Officer: Performs a variety of law enforcement duties serving as a direct
link between the police department and the public. Other regular and temporary or
summer employment opportunities also available.
Firefighter positions and various support positions
Naval Aviator/Fighter Pilots, Naval Flight Officers, Law officers positions.
Ground officer positions available. The officer candidate school is a high intensity
summer internship for 6 to 10 weeks. After completion of the Officer Candidate
School, all positions offer financial assistance for college.
