Store Internship Program: After formal training, you’ll be assigned to a department
where you’ll make an impact with responsibilities for hiring, training, assessment
and follow-up with team members. You’ll plan, direct and control all merchandise
functions in your area. Executive Team Leader: Requires quick learning, fast
thinking, and great communication skills. Gain experience on teams like Guest
Services, Human Resources, Merchandising, Operations, and Receiving. Manage a
multimiilion dollar product inventory, along with a profit and expense center.
Our Management Development Program enables individuals to jump-start
their career with Buckle. Upon completion of the program individuals will become
a manager of their own store. Gain a working knowledge of personnel related
functions, including interviewing, hiring, educating and scheduling. Gain product
knowledge and learn how to merchandise the store. The Buckle's Internship
Program gives students a thorough understanding of the fashion retail environment
and the Buckle’s style of retail. All Interns are expected to be a contributing member
of the sales team, which makes learning proficient salesmanship skills a top priority.
Retail Store Manager: Representing T-Mobile's front line in customer satisfaction,
you will be responsible for the profitability and quality of the customer experience.
This includes the development of a well-trained, motivated and professional staff.

Seasonal Event Drivers & Event Production Leads: Plan, drive, set up and
strike special events from backyard BBQs to huge corporate galas! Seasonal
Event Production Laborers: Setup and strike special events. Seasonal Event
Sales Support Assistants: Learn event planning, service and equipment sales.
Seasonal Decor Set Designers: Create magical decor themes and set designs
for high volume/variety of large/small events! Seasonal AA/, Sound and Lighting
Technicians: Hands-on small and large AA/, sound and lighting equipment sets/
strikes for high volume/variety of large/small special events.
