Against UNLV, LIudson hit her third home run of the weekend, tying the game at one in the sixth. In the seventh, Richards hit a dou ble and scored on a double by Boskovich for the winning run. Boskovich continued her hot streak with a 2 for 3 outing against Long Is land. She had a double and a home run, while the team had 12 hits, including four doubles, a triple and two home runs. Catcher Jenn Poore went 3 for 4, and Ann Marie Topps was 2 for 3. Against Long Island, the Ducks were down early after the Blackbirds scored a mn in the second. Boskovich gave Oregon the lead in the third with a two-run home mn. The Ducks added four runs in the fourth and three in the fifth to get the game called after five innings because of the eight-run mle.
