As an Executive-in-Training, you will be part of a Store Team involved in
developing and coordinating guest service, and the merchandising and operational
functions of the store, reporting to the Store Team Leader. Your Core Training is
6-weeks long and allows you to gain knowledge and skills necessary for you to
fulfill the role of Team Leader, such as logistic management, visual presentation,
guest service, and inventory tracking. After a successful training period of 11-15
weeks, you will be promoted to Executive Team Leader. The Executive Team
Leader position has two major areas of responsibility. You will be part of the store
leadership team and involved in selecting and managing a group of 25-40 team
