Family Planning Expansion Project is
a federal program providing family •'
planning and birth control services to
prevent unintended pregnancy.
FPEP Covered Services
& Supplies for Women
and Men!
• Annual women's exam combined with
contraceptive management
• Sexually transmitted infections screening
combined with contraceptive management
for men and women
• Birth control for men and women ;
• Pregnancy testing visit
FPEP Eligibility
Requirements
You must be:
• A US citizen, or a lawful permanent
resident who has resided in the US for a
minimum of 5 years.
• A resident of the State of Oregon.
• A woman 55 years of age or younger or a
man of any age.
• Earning a gross monthly income less than
or equal to $1,365.
