    Answers to your questions
What is the trip philosophy?
Our trips are much more like traveling with a group of friends than going
on a guided tour. Nothing is more rewarding than learning experientially
among friendly peers and creating your own outdoor adventure. Rather
than offering a series of trip packages,we encourage participants to create,
launch and fulfill their own adventure dreams or just join someone else's
dream! OP trip philosphy can be summed up in the following words:
Cooperative
Self-propelled
Noncompetitive LOW"COSt
Egalitarian
Participant Initiated
What kinds of trips are offered?
As long as a trip is aligned with the OP philosophy anything and anywhere
is possible. The OP has been all over the world: Tibet, Nepal, Cuba,
Northwest Territories, and South America to name just a few. Trips in our
own backyard are frequent; nearly every weekend we ski, hike, boat or
climb. Come talk with us about the possibilities!
Mountaineering
Rock Climbing
Kayaking
Mountain Biking
Canoeing HikitlO
What are the trip guidelines?
All OP trips are open to any qualified participant to join and all trips are
posted a reasonable time before the trip departs. Cost, decisions, and work
is shared on OP trips- this means that expenses are low, descisions are con
sensus based, and everyone pitches in to make the trip a success!
