seeking student for part time em
ployment for the position of Student
Assistant to the Associate Director
of Residence Life. This position is
available with hours designed to
work around your schedule. Tasks
will include: handling confidential
material, writing letters to residents,
creating and distributing inter-office
memos, writing material for various
newsletters/publications, taking
messages, office organization,
checking and distributing email, the
position will also entail running er
rands on and off campus, assisting
other University Housing officials,
customer service and special proj
ects as requested. Computer skills
are a must. Experience working with
Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe
PageMaker and Eudora 4.31 is de
sired. In addition, one year commit
ment is required in order to facilitate
adequate job continuity. Wages are
$7.25 per hour. College students
must provide proof of enrollment for
spring term and the minimum num
ber of credit hours (8 credits for un
dergraduates, 6 credits for graduate
students and 3 graduate credits if
