OP Launches New
Gear Rental Program!
For over thiry years the Outdoor Program has provided rental equipment
to OP trip participants and for over thirty years people have been asking if
that gear is available for private trips. Until now, the answer has always
been “No, sorry we have a small inventory of gear that is available for OP
trip participants only.”
Over time many of the local stores that we referred people to for rental
equipment have reduced rental offerings, closed their rental outlets or gone
out of business all together. As we saw demand for rental equipment 1
increase and rental options decrease we started talking about how we might
fill the gap. Finally we have an answer...

OP GEAR RENTALS!
Now UO students and OP Co-op members can rent a variety of OP gear for pri
vate outtings. We’re offering a variety of rafts, kayaks,backpacks, sleeping bags,
tents, rain gear and much more in this brand new rental program!
Check out our price list sample below. Hours for the rental office will be: Fri- |
day, l-6pm, Saturday, 8-11 am, Monday 9am-lpm. Call for an appointment,
