Management Training Program: Sherwin-Williams' Management
Training Program is designed to give participants the skills necessary to
be successful in our business. As a Market Manager, you'll have the
opportunity to oversee and manage a million-dollar business, providing
leadership and insight into the development and strategy of "your" store.
College Intern: The College Intern Program provides an invaluable
opportunity to learn about sales and marketing management in a hands
on, entrepreneurial environment. Job duties typically include inside sales,
warehousing/stocking, credit management, accounts payable and
accounts receivable.
Target's STORE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM is a 10-12 week program that
provides you with hands on experience in virtually every aspect of our
store operations. After a formal training program, you'll be assigned a
department. In no time you will be making an impact with responsibilities
for hiring, training, assessment and follow-up with your supervising team
members. We encourage students in the summer prior to their senior year
to participate. Executive Team leader: This position requires a dynamic
combination of business and people skills. You will gain well-rounded
experience working on different leadership teams. You will be making daily
decisions to optimize your business.

OCS- Officer Candidate School. OCS is a 23 week training
program where you become a respected leader, one who others
look to when decisions are crucial. Officer Branches include Infantry,
Armor, Field Artillery, Air Defence Artillery, Engineering, Military
Intelligence, Signal Corps, and Ordance. WOFT-Warrent Officer
Flight Training. Being a Warrent Officer in Army Aviation is a very
rewarding career in itself. You’ll earn promotions with raises in pay
and become proficient in flying other types of aircraft (fixed-winged
as well as helicopter). You can also receive specialized training to
become an instructor pilot.
