cash to cover textbook costs? Why
not dig through that box of neglect
ed CDs in the garage and make a
quick trip to a local record store?
Several independent stores, on or
near campus, accept used CDs for
cash or trade and carry a wide range
of music on CD, tape and vinyl.
Most of those stores can also special
order CDs and records for anyone

$4 cash or $1- $5 trade for used CDs,
depending on the condition and
popularity of the CD. Their used CDs
tend to sell from between $1.98- $10.
Although they do not generally
carry records or videos, they can
special order either one with no
down payment.
Face the Music is open from 10
a.m. to 10 p.m. every day except
Sunday, when store hours are 10
a.m. to 6 p.m.
House of Records, 258 E. 13th
Ave.
House of Records carries new
and used records and CDs, as well
as tapes, box sets, postcards and
zines. They can also special order
most anything, including videos,
for a $2 down payment.
House of Records generally pays
