Stone Carving Workshop
The 6th annual UO Stone Carving Workshop, sponsored by the University of Oregon
Department of Art will be held in Eugene, from Sunday, June 11 through Saturday,
June 17, 2000. This workshop is an intensive seven-day experience in traditional A
contemporary approaches to stone carving, using hand A pneumatic tools.
Faculty includes: Laura Alpert A Tom Urban, wifn special presentations by David
S, A Ron Sietgey.

Costs a Supplies Tuition: $335-4 credits. Materials fee: $100, fee includes one
1-2 cubic foot block of moderate grade marble. Additional stone, A necessary
