Eugene author Bill Sullivan helps us track down one of frontier Oregon's
most flamboyant characters, Joaquin Miller, "The Poet of the Sierras".
Sullivan’s slide show presentation, based on his new novel, A Deeper Wild,
compares the pioneer poet's self-spun legends with historical fact. Sullivan
is the author of eight books about Oregon. A booksigning will follow.
