Improv group offers workshop for women
Life Is An Improv, a business that offers work
shops using improvisation techniques and games,
presents A Playshop for Women, Mondays in April.
This four-week series with WYMPROVI’s Enid Left
on provides a safe and supportive envirnonment for
women to learn to laugh, say yes to creativity, build
self-confidence, improve self-esteem, relax and just
have some fun.
The presenter, Enid Lefton, has been studying im
provisational theater for more than 10 years. Since
1991, she has been performing with the Eugene
based improvisational comedy troupe WYMPROV!
She has also spent the last 15 years in business man
agement, mostly in the high-tech industry. Combin
ing her extensive business with improvisation skills,
she offers workshops about humor, communica
tions, team-building, stress management and build
ing self confidence.
A Playshop for Women will take place on Wednes
days, April 3,10,17, and 24 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Buf
falo Gals, which is located at 455 W First, in Eugene.
