Plans for summer OP trips are already in the works and we want to encourage all of you to launch and participate this summer! A rafting trip to the Yukon’s Tatshenshini River and a bike touring trip to Alaska have been posted. Plans are underway for Canada Sea Kayaking, New Mexico Mountain Biking, Wallowa Mountain Backpacking, and of course, many local river and hiking trips. Laura Esterman and Guy Santiago of Oregon River Sports (ORS) formed the dub which already boasts 36 paid members and regularly has 50*60 people at meetings. For a meer $30 per year dub members can take advantage offr§| informative, entertaining evening programs and one social gathering per month. Club trips, free instruction at the weekly Echo Hollow Pool sessions, and two free roll clinics are included with membership. Club deals on kayaking equipment are also in the works.
