all-time attendance mark. Senior
linebacker Peter Sirmon said the
crowd will play a huge part in the
Ducks’ success.
“It’s going to be fun,” Sirmon
said. “Hopefully we can break the
Autzen record and get a lot of peo
ple in there. It means so much for
both schools, because we’re both
i
playing for the same bowls.
“ We’re looking to get them back
for last year.”
Oregon couldn’t have scripted a
better final game for its seniors.
“We need to settle the score at
home,” Sirmon said. “It’s great for
the seniors to play our last game
here.”
Wilcox said he will do every
thing he possibly can to leave Rich
Brooks Field for the last time a
winner.
“I wish everybody could expe
rience what it’s like to go out there,
I really do,” Wilcox said. “There is
nothing like it out there, especially
in a game like this. This game is
huge.”
