Student fees currently fund unlimited bus service within the Lane Transit District for all currently registered U of O students. Unlimited bus service means that any currently registered U of O student may ride any LTD bus anywhere in Lane Transit District's service area, as often as desired, by showing the bus driver a U of O identification card valid for the current term or semester. This unlimited bus service also is provided between con secutive terms, meaning that a valid identification card for one term continues to be valid until the first day of the next term / semester. Question: Shall a student incidental fee be established at $7.06 per student per term to generate approximately $360,00C to fund unlimited bus service within the Lane Transit District service area for all currently registered U of O students for the 1999-00 fiscal year?
