Duck Stop Donates $5,200
to WomenSpace

On Wednesday, November 4th the Duck Stop donated $5,200
to WomenSpace. The donation represents tip collected from
coffee customers during the 1997-98 school year.
Don Marsh who runs the Duck Stop said, "Our customers
responded in an overwhelming way to our tip jar for
WomenSpace. We originally set a goal of raising $2,000 and
ended up more than doubling that. WomenSpace is such an
important organization and one that people believe in."
This year the Duck Stop at the UO Bookstore is collecting tips
to donate to Birth to Three childcare center.
