Eyster said Thursday that the

"If clearing the site by the con
tractors involves moving the
buildings, then that is perfectly
acceptable to us," Eyster said
"We re working with the citv
and hopefully we can come to
an agreement on a way to at
least move some of the buildings

All appeals to the hoard's

Afterward, the City Council
must conduct a public hearing

appeal was filed to determine
