Between now and mid-December, the Univer
sity's allotment of 39,000 tickets will t>e offered
ear lusively to five groups, letording to Universe
ty Vice President for Administration and Director
of Athletics Dan Williams All tickets are reserved
at S4H for the 1995 Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.,
on fan 2.

everyone along to its biggest football party in 37
years, it won't 1*; able to sell you a ticket — unless
you fall into one of the following five groups Ore
gon football season ticket holders, members of the
Ihn k Athletu Fund, current donors to the Uni
versity (those who have made a charitable gift
within the past year), dues paying members of the
University Alumni Association and current Uni
versify students
Student lit kets went on sale at 9 a m today at
the Duck Ticket Office only at the Casanova Ath
letic ( enter and must lx- purchased in person. Stu
dents must he currently enrolled for the 1994 fall
term and present a current identification card at
the time of purchase Students who wish to sit
together at the Rose How l must purchase their
tickets at the same time
Member* of the first two groups, Dm k football
season ticket holders and Duck Athletic Fund

ticket-only applic ations and offic ial UOAA Rose
Bowl Travel Program packets The number of tic k
ets available will lie determined by the number of
season tickets purchased for the season and
the paid-in-full donation level, ac c ording to a for
mula explained in the mailing
To receive priority seating, tickets must !*> pur
chased through the athletic department All mail
order tickets must be purc hased with a c heck or
money order People can bring or mail their appii
calion cards to the Duck Ticket Office at the

On the Civil War-path to the
ruses, O'Neil completed four out
of five passes for 75 yards and the
touchdown. Mi Leinora caught
three of those passes for 58 yards
and Philyaw nosed out his sec
and screen pass touchdown of the
day.
' I've been waiting for this
opportunity all y ear," Philyaw
said of Oregon's final drive, "to
make the winning touchdown
and to make a difference. Fortu
nately, it came in the biggest
game of the year.
"Manny’s really showed that he
is a big-time player and he can
win the big games,’’ he said, “Any
time you win the big game to get
you in the Rose Bowl, obvious
ly that should tell you some
thing.”
