dent officials Oct 29. just one business day before
the Nov 1 deadline mandated bv the Clark Docu
ment.
ASUO officials argued ever since receiving the
amendment that they didn't receive enough time
for comment The administration, on the other hand,
has said discussion ended Inst May when Univer
sity President Myles Brand directed Moseley and
several other officials to write a proposal changing
the IFC rules
Keeping the IFC from direct management of the
EMU lioard budget was the chief concern pushing
the administration to change the IFC rules. Mose
