he wasn't going to make it to the
dance, she responded by filing a
$1,500 lawsuit against him to
pay for the dress
"The girl and her aunt sued
me and my mom about five
times." McOlanahan said. "She
just never showed up to court.
Finally, the television people
called me and 1 was on with
(judge) Wapner."
When the plaintiff finally did
show up. Wapner ruled in favor
of McClanahan. The only had
side for Anthony was that his
$59 countersuit for embarrass
ment and other feelings was
denied as well
