CAP) Chris Webber, an All-American who led Michigan to the N(.AA championship game for two consecutive years, said Wednes day he will skip his final two years of eligibility to enter the NBA draft "Not winning a college cham pionship makes leaving hard to do. hut that's not going to make or break me." Webber said at a news conference, where he was joined by his family and Michi gan coach Steve Fisher. “It's a decision I felt was ne< - essary for me to keep moving and move on. There's no doubt in my mind that I'm ready for the next level."
