Ducks try to salvage
season against Cougs
This weekend, the Oregon
football team Is going for throe
straight
Not three straight victories,
but throe straight attempts at
beating a top-20 team
The Ducks will face Wash

man. The Cougars are one of

teams in the top) 20. Oregon has
already played — and lost — to
three of them. Oregon lost to
Stanford 21-7 in the second
game of the season and is com
ing off back-to-back losses to
No. 13 USC and No. 2 Wash
ington.
