the lives and actual words of

tha importance of quilting with two of her daughters, played by
Shaamna Pledger (left) and Kate Donovan in tha play Quit tors.
The musical is presented
in a tender, rocking-chair
style with aprons and ging
ham swirling about in glee or
despair.
"The work slides continu
ally along the razor edge be
tween laughter and tears,"
I'rosslor said. Poignant scones
of childbirth, death and prai
rie fires are interspersed with
exuberant scenes of court
ship. sibling rivalry and
schoolhoust! shenanigans.
Hymns, playful chorus and
soothing melody tie neatly in
with the rapid action. Pour
musicians accompany the ac
tresses on piano, Addle, harp
and percussion.
All shows begin at B p.m.
