taneous insights and discover
ies that take place in the re
hearsal process.
"This developed as a prob
lem-solving task." Chatfield
explained. "I presented two
highly contrasting kinds of
movement to my six dancers
and for sections of the dance,
collaborated with them to de
velop a process to integrate the
two movement extremes "
