Warrants for the arrest of the
three were issued based on evi
dence gained at the Sacramento
Crand Jury hearings, said Kar

burglary, theft and criminal
mischief.
Paul and Keogh voluntarily
appeared before the l.ane Coun
ty Crand Jury. Sacramento po

three were released after plead

to Union, activists have assert
ed that their telephones have
lieen tapped and their homes
have been broken into since the
investigation began. The 1H
month investigation is expect
ed to conclude at the end of the
year.
