1 assume from your lack of
coverage on the issues pertain
ing to the ancient forests that
everything is hokey-dokey.
No more ancient trees are be
ing cut and there are no more
clearcuts being made.
I guess the Ancient Forest
Protection Act has been passed
and people like DeFazio are
done blocking it
Well 1 sure am glad we've all
come to our senses and we no

We wish to express our dis
pleasure concerning our tickets
to the recent Duck-Husky foot
ball game.
We purchased two tickets
through the University Alumni
Association for $42 You could
neither see the field nor the
players from our second row
seat. The University marching
hand was seated directly in
front of on us the track.
Many ticket holders (proba
bly several hundred) had the
same problem We spent the
entire game milling around in
the stands trying to find a van
tage point from which to view

to stand in the tunnels.
When one purchases a ticket
to a performance or sporting
event, one expects to lx- able to
see what's going on In this
case we would have been better
off to have stayed home and lis
tened to the game on the radio
Also, we would have betm $42
ahead.
In out opinion this was a bla
tant case of misrepresentation
and we demand a refund of
$42.
