Bad Daddies fight bad reputation

Their original name has been
slammed as abusive sexual in
nuendo and their music has
been branded as sexist.
But F.ugune's own Bad Dad
dies have ignored the contro
versy. in which, they say. they
are innocent victims, and con
tinue to perform to a huge fol
lowing of fans in sell-out con
certs.
Tonight, they are back at
WOW Hall for a one-night gig

music and the messages behind

It's refreshing when a low
key film achieves what it is at
tempting to do. Such is the
case with Narrow Margin, a re
make of a I‘J!>2 film of the same
name
After a summer of blockbust
er thrillers that consisted more
of explosions than of actual
plot. Narrow Margin is a treat
With its basic story — a deputy
district attorney and murder
witness elude the mob this
film should not leave audiences
disappointed.

er) is set up on a blind date
with a friend of a friend. high
rolling lawyer Michael Tarlovv
(| T. Walsh). While having
drinks in the hotel bar. Tarlow
receives a message to call one
of his clients.
both he and Hunnicut go up
to his hotel room. While
Hunnicut is in the bathroom
getting a drink of water, the
mob boss whom Tarlow repre
sents enters the room and kills
Tarlow.
Unknown to the mob boss
and his killers. Hunnicut sees
the murder. Now an unwilling

which never tries to overextend
