full-time Support Technicians!
Product Support Technician
As a Product Support Technician, you will supjsort Microsoft’s applications and
systems products by answering end-users’ calls or answering questions over our On
Line System, (Microsoft’s comprehensive support package) helping them to trouble
sht x >t and run our products. Problems range from the very basic to the extremely
technical, so you should have the ability to learn a variety of programs in-depth.
If you are about to graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Electrical
Engineering, Management Information Systems or other related technical degree, and
are interested in operating systems, networking, programming languages or
applications software, we want to talk with you.
